Spotlight

I'm shooting a video short that features a scene in which a man is chased by an omnipresent spotlight coming from above! It's a really cool and funny scene, and I'm looking for references of this kind of light use in other productions!

Do any of you recall of any tv ad, short or feature film that features this type of lighting?

The Truman show had a scene kinda similar, except they had a rain cloud following Truman around. Not sure of any examples where this is done in spotlight though.

Maybe shows like Cops? I'd bet some of the old "Twilight Zone" shows would have something similar. I'd start with police shows through. If it doesn't have to be downfiring, then old shows with cabaret dancers...
