I am using a 302 mixer and need to have two headphone outputs. What do I need for this situation? Something called headphone amp? Please give me suggestion.

you can use unbalance out ( 3mini xlr ) to feed the headphone distro( busraroo or others) , so the main headphones out wouldnt be splitted
never split waht you heare as recordists
