Split Audio - Premiere CS6

I am finishing up my first television show for Broadcast on Premiere CS6. The client wants me to do all outputs to tape. I have been using the Blackmagic UltraStudio 3D Thunderbolt box to go to tape (720p DVCPRO HD), but I can only figure out how to do a stereo output (to channels 1 and 2). My client also wants split tapes that send voice over to channel 1, interviews to channel 2, natural sound to channel 3 and music to channel 4. MY Panasonic deck can record 8 separate channels of audio. How do I send audio out to these individual channels? Your help is highly appreciated!
 
I made it 16 channel which is very helpful, but it only wants to send every audio track to 2 channels (for example, the voice over can be sent to 1+2 or 3+4). How do I get channel 1 (which is a mono voice over track), just to go to channel 1 on my dvcprohd deck? I can't figure that out.
