Spinning Stops When Angled Down on Ultimate

Can anyone tell me if this is normal...When I point my HVX down to the ground, the glass stops spinning and I can see all the grain. Am I doing something wrong or is this the way it goes? Thanks

Not normal. The motor is probably loose.

Best to contact Letus. Most likely you'll have to send it back.

You might check to see if the retaining nut on the GG isn't loose. This could be the cause, also make sure you have the seamless drive belt which was a running change on the Ultimate. If you have the older belt, Letus can send you a seamless one if you thought you were up to changing it yourself.
