Spiked Tripod Feet Custom Feet

I have a tripod with spiked feed that attach to a ground spreader...I was wondering a few things..

(1) Are there any companies out there that sell or make custom rubber feet?

(2) Are most spiked feet universal? Will Manfrotto rubber feet work on mine?
