For all to know.
I bought a spider brace (http://spiderbrace.com/) last year in November and got very good use out of it for my HVX200. Unfortunately I had put it in an unusual situation and did not disassemble it properly and I snapped it into two parts during transit. I tried to fix it my self with super glue, wood dowles and other attempts to DIY but I am not that great of a fix-it guy. So, on Sunday evening, I sent out an email to them as to how to deal with it. I got a response back with in a 1/2 hour saying that a replacement is on the way, no questions, no charges... just great service.
I had to mention this to everyone here because I was satisfied beyond my expectations and felt it was noteworthy. The replacement was sent out and I received a email from USPS stating that it would arrive on Wednesday of this week. I don't feel that I'm counting my chickens before the eggs are hatched, I have a gut feeling this is going to be fine. Of all the products out there for less than $100 this is the best service I have had from any of them.
