Having major issue with DPX files in Speedgrade - I used the Send To Speedgrade function from Premiere, knowing it'd create large DPX files, this is fine, I have the storage etc.
But they it seems to refuse to playback smoothly & I'm unsure why, I am new to Speedgrade but not Premiere, the DPX files playback perfectly smoothly when imported into Premiere in full quality. Speedgrade lags at 1/4 or even 1/8 to extreme levels. I get the disc warning and sometimes graphics card but again, Premiere does it fine and I've tried in on 7200rpm drive and a 500mpb/s SSD, same issue.
I have a GTX670, i7 3770K and 32gb of RAM with the SDD should be no problem, right?
