Special Crediting

So I'm doing this film but we have two different kind of lights. Read below and see if this would be the same or if it would need to be credited like this.

Option 1:

Lighting: John Doe
Black Lights: Jim Davis

Option 2:

Lighting: John Doe and Jim Davis

Did they supply you with the equipment? If so, you should just put:

Lighting provided by: John Doe and Jim Davis
 
they are both supplied, but the blacklight the person already set it in place for when shooting begins it's already set.
 
I would use the following credit:

Lighting:
John Doe
Jim davis

but if none of them actually set them up I would use what kkeller suggest.

you could also use this,

additional lighting:
Jim davis.
Lights supplied by:
John Doe
 
You should credit whoever was in charge of the lighting for your film as the Gaffer.

I'm not quite sure what the guy with the blacklights did. He came and setup his lights and left?
