Any recommendations for where to start with spec ads?

I'm looking for spec ad competitions, which give an opening frame work, guidelines, and a chance to win money. I'm not looking to do extensive pitches, more so to just film it, submit it, and see if it wins, but mostly just gain good portfolio in the process. Any recommendations there?

Mainly looking to do 30 to 60 second spots, perhaps some longer ones. Doesn't have to be competitions, though, as I could just do them from scratch.

I worked on a couple spec ads for Mofilm.com. I think you have to pitch first though and if you win that they'll give you a small budget (I think usually $2-5k) to film a spec spot. We did one for AT&T and another for Reebok.

But it seems less active than it was a few years back; so they only put a new one out every few months.
