Speakers

[Mike@AF]

B&W 805s, they are home theater speakers. They can be used to judge what it may sound like in a high end home theater system, but they are no professional sound monitors. Think this: Speakers are home theater equipment. Monitors are professional studio equipment. Sweetwater only carries studio gear, no home theater stuff per say, and they won't carry B&W for this reason. Skywalker does use them in their in-house theater, but not in the studio.

According to B&W's catalog and the pictures in it, the 802 speakers are used as monitors in the studio for recording and not for client playback. You can look at the catalog here: http://www.bwspeakers.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/products.rangebrochure/ObjectID/1F862006-1707-4C9B-9A3822415DB088D4
