Hey guys. Question: How come when I play my footage through my speakers instead of the monitor, there seems to be a lag in audio? It's making it tough to score with this. Thanks!

Because your monitor is showing Firewire output most likely which takes about 3-4 frames to process while the audio is coming direct from the timeline. If you want audio in sync with monitor- use the DV device connected to speakers. If you want in sync with the desktop playback, connect speakers directly to your Mac.
