Spam mail overload via my contact form

Hi all. On my site I have a contact form that can be filled out and submitted to me for inquiries. For a while now someone seems to be computer generating a constant load of spam via my contact form - about 6 per day (or more). I don't know how to block it because it's not coming to me via their email but rather by my submission form.
I don't know what to do. The addresses, names, phone seem to be randomly generated as well.
Here are a few of them.
