Hi all,

This post is directed at those in the Columbia/Sumter South Carolina area:

I'm going to be moving to the Columbia/Sumter area in October and was wondering if people wanted to collaborate and start a filmmaking club/users group or do some projects together.

It'd be a great way to learn from each other, pool our resources(equipment and money), and do some cool projects. Anyone interested?

Let me know,
Todd Burch

Re: South Carolina Club/Users Group

The user group is a great idea. I live in Raleigh, NC. If anyone in the triangle area would like to help start a group like that let me know.

Sorry to piggyback your thread Todd.

Re: South Carolina Club/Users Group

Dolby, thanks for responding. That's a little far for weekly collaboration but we could have a Charlotte group that works with the triangle group somehow. Just ideas. Let me know what you think.
My email is rtyer@nc.rr.com

Re: South Carolina Club/Users Group

The Triangle is the Piedmont Triangle in north central North Carolina, bounded roughly by Greensboro/High Point, Winston-Salem, and Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill.

I, too, am in Charlotte.

Soon to have my DVX100a next month and would definitely like to colaborate with some folks... I'm located in the Florence, SC location....
