I recently saw an item (I believe it was on this site) that listed a source for 3200K Halogen Tube Bulbs (5") that would fit into one of the worklights. I've searched DVXUser but no luck. I'm thinking they were GE or Sylvania, and were priced reasonably (Under $10 or so)
Tota bulbs will also work, but can't affort the prices. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.

What's the matter with the 2900-3000k lamps that come with these fixtures in the first place? Your not going to gain anything by using lamps that are a 100 degrees cooler in temperature.

Let me clarify because we have a lot of misinformation about color temperature on the web. For the most part cameras don't care if you are mixing color temperatures of up to a few thousand degrees difference. I did a shot yesterday with DV camera in a room of natural light. I used an Omni light with half CTB to pick up the room a bit and it worked perfectly fine. Thats because while sunlight might be 5500k, reflected light inside a room often runs in the 4k range. So talking about 100 degrees or so difference really means little to a white balanced camera. 3000k and 5500k, now that could be a problem but I normally find things always white balance fine with a thousand degree difference. The real final check is the monitor. If you don't see how it looks, all the guessing in the world will not tell you the truth.

expanding upon the great post above: people just don't realize that color temperature doesn't toe the line out in the wild. Most lights are not emitting the exact color temperature you expect them to, and there is often a subtle variety of color temperatures existing naturally in both interior artificial and exterior natural light situations.

The world isn't cut into 3200k and 5600k sections. Colors of light exist between and far outside those ranges, and being able to tap into those "off standard" tones will really improve anyone's abilities in lighting.

I went to buy a new bulb for one of my work lights on my last shoot. It was 5 bucks. Right next to it was a whole light (no stand, the kind you set on the floor) with 2 bulbs for 7 bucks. Guess which one I bought.
