Getting close to being done editing my first feature (yay HVX!), gonna have to start dealing with audio nonsense soon. I'd like to stay within FCS, with Soundtrack Pro if possible.
My question is if any sort of cheap USB/Firewire fader controllers for STP exist? I'd rather not be balancing all the tracks of audio by hand. If I had a Mackie I'd use it but it's a bit hard to justify for one project.
But if anybody knows a cheap setup that would work with some other audio program, I could probably be persuaded to jump ship with an OMF export.
