I use soundtrack 5 at work, and I use it often, but I don't have much use for it at home, where I have soundtrack 6.
I've used it for a few things at home before (nothing major), and I noticed that the timeline/multitrack window would not move. Well, I don't really fancy trying to edit audio on the 1/8th of a page that it gives me by default, so is there some way to move it that I'm not getting? I even tried moving every other window to the other screen and expanding it, but it won't budge. In ST 5 it is just drag and drop.
I was using it again yesterday and in addition to the window problem, I was having some multitrack issues. I was recording some stuff and it sounded fine, but when I would take the file into single view and delete or replace portions they would still be there (about 30 dbs lower) under the updated sound. The same thing happened when I deleted entire clips of audio. Did I miss something because I'm looking at an infinitely small window? Or is it just wacked out?
