Sound Room. Should I worry?

I just placed an order with the Sound Room after getting a tip on a post in this forum. But after repeatedly emailing the company over the last 3 days, I haven't heard any replies, and the company doesn't have a phone. So I'm getting a little worried. Does anyone know if they're legit?
Here's the website on their automated email confirmation: www.sound-room.com

Thanks much!

They're legit, just a mom and pop shop. I have a small order with them waiting as well. They've always been good with past orders. Just don't expect the B&H same day shipping type of thing.

Sound Room is just one or two guys working out of a basement or something. They're legit, but not always able to reply very quickly, and your three days do include a weekend.

To elucidate: while The Sound Room is a small operation, it is well known as the BEST and most reliable place to get good Oktava mics in the US. Don't think of 2 guys in a basement as a shady operation... think of it as a very small, but dedicated, conscientious, personal operation. They sometimes get delayed by other things, but are solid. I and many others here have worked with them for years and have found their service personal and excellent.

Great...much appreciated. I'll stop worrying and feel comfy about making the right choice, based on good advice I got here.

They can get a little behind but they are solid and are excellent with support, just not 24/7.
BTW they don't always have everything in stock, they don't cary a lot of inventory so it can get depleted if others order the same thing just before you do. It's mentioned somewhere on the site, so sometimes orders get hung up because they haven't gotten stock yet. This happened to me and they ofered to loan me a personal mic till mine came in. This is like local service. They get five stars.

Cheers

Just want to report that all my worries are for naught. They have been perfectly friendly, professional, generous and helpful. Much recommended.
