sound on sennheiser lavalier not crisp

MKE-2 works great and is a better mic than the original G2 set mic. I think its like a B3 or so, No example I just use it.

Awesome.

But, if you get a chance it would be very cool if you could just throw up a short clip or two.

How much did you get your MKE-2 for? I saw a used one for $100 the other day but didn't feel like dumping that much cash in case that particular unit was a dud.

If you're going to spend MKE-2 money, I'd recommend either a B6 or a COS-11. Either one is going to be a better choice for you.

What it really boils down to overall is that most mixers have a wide variety of lav's in their bag of tricks. I currently have B6's, B3's, EMW's, and will soon be adding COS-11's. There are a host of factors that effect which lav you use in each situation - there is no "one size fits all" answer that is always 100% "fool-proof" ;-)

I was hoping to get the COS11X when they hit the streets. (Black) and perhaps get a MKE2 to hold me over until then.

Do you know what the COS11X will run? Best price that is.
