I implemented my 1st very project. It took us about 6 days to complete the entire shoot. Here's the issue:
I don't have much technical knowledge in audio. My DP wasn't technically savvy as well. So we rented a mic with boom and completed our project. After i uploaded all the footages and started reviewing them, i noticed that i can hear the audio only on the left channel. The right channel is completely mute. Obviously, we recorded the audio only in 1 channel.
How can i fix this in post? I can change the "Channel" on the audio track to "Combine" and that gets audio in both channels... but somehow i think its not the right way to do it.
How can i fix this problem without losing audio quality? Please advise.
