Sound Devices 302 Question

OK, I getting this new Sound Devices 302 mixer, but wanted to know if the following was possible from anyone that has Mixer experience.

The SD302 has 3 XLR in and 2 XLR out. Let's say I want to run line level audio out to two different camera's and to one field recorder (that's 3 audio out feeds). Is this possible with this unit? How would I do it?

you can splite the xlrs in line level with y cables and send the unbalance out( -10 dbv) to the ext recorder , you have only one monitoring return
or you can buy this

split the main L&R outs for the cameras, and use the tape out for your recorder.
