I'm not looking for a workaround (I already have one)...I'm just wondering if anyone has seen/heard of this:
The scenario:
-I have some video clips
-I import an mp3 into my project (I just drag it to Premiere)
-Premiere conforms it; I drag it to my timeline
-Everything is fine, but at a certain point, there is a short burst of static in the song on the left channel when played in Premiere (either in the source window or the timeline). The static lasts exactly 2 frames.
-If I delete and re-add the song, it's still there at the same location.
-The mp3 plays fine without the static in itunes, VLC, WMP, etc etc...
This happens every now and then with a random song in a random location and a random project. It's rare but is annoying.
Anyone seen this?
FYI: using CS5.5
