SOS - Credit Roll Problems/ Vegas 5

Hi everyone
I am trying to finish up a project (deadline today).
I am having some problems generating a credit roll.
I dragged credit roll into a new video track, but the text box does not appear.
What happens is when i click on the generated media tab something moves down to the bottom left of the screen but the text box does not appear. am i doing something wrong here?

Well, I guess that shows how confused I am this morning.
I'm not sure how a screen grab will help.
The problem is I cannot figure out to put in a credit roll, even when I follow Vegas directions.

UPDATE:
I switched to my version of Vegas 6. I was waiting to get more famiar with it before using it. There was no problem with Vegas 6 and doing a credit roll. I'm scratching my head (but not for long)

Glad it worked out for you. Since Vegas 5 & 6 are identical in that respect, it must have been just a glitch within the software you had.
 
It sounds like the dialog has been moved off the screen or docked in the tabbed section in your Vegas 5. Change your screen to a higher resolution, open the credit roll box, move it back to the main area of the screen, and then resize back to the desired resolution.
