sorry people!

I shot some Vision 50D stock in a Kodak class about a month ago. Still waiting on the DVD of the footage, but man, it is something else.

What are you shooting/shooting on? Cam, stock, etc?

i may be shooting my next video w/ 16mm! :) i love the dvx, but film is just beautiful.
Congratulations, I know there are many of us who would love to take a shot at shooting on film...

oneinfiniteloop, i dont know all the details yet; have a meeting this sunday to find out.

yeah i will remember this experience. to bad im gonna have to sacrifice my directors fee, just to pay the dp. but i rather have a music vid shot on film than a couple hundred $'s.

thanks all for the support. talking w/ a video director buddy last night and he convinced me to shoot it on film.

i dunno dude...i shot a vid with a varicam and a pro35 and it looked great. shooting on fast 35mm film lenses was rad.

I hope to never shoot on film. Digital is where it's at.

Rich, please tell about the pro35...and grabs....

Curious about that thing.

im still going to shoot some spec spots and etc. w/ the dvx100a, but for vids i think im switching to film. don't get me wrong, if the right vid comes along i may go back and shoot it with dvx! :)

Hehe... I dont like the extreme depth of field that S/16mm has :)

Its going to be fun for you... and terrifying. You have no idea if you
'got the shot' for at least a day :)
