Does Sony Vegas Pro replicate anything found in Cinema Tools? I shoot 24PAdv and edit in 24P in the Vegas Timeline. If I go Film Out, Do I lose anything staying in Sony Vegas Pro?

** I am also aware that with 2K and 4K projection that I'll need some kind of solution. Does Sony Vegas Pro really do 24P for Film Out?

Thanks

Vegas can output anything you'd need for going out to film.

Most of the time, you can either submit on tape, or you'd submit an image sequence. Vegas can do either.

But you need to find out from the transfer service what they need you to send them.

I was VERY surprised this morning to see that Vegas could output 3k or 4k image sequences. At least 8.1 can. Not sure about 8.0c. I think that one is limited to 2k.
