sony Sound Forge Pro goes Mac!

[JONJON]

so i just found out Sound Forge Pro MAc, do you think that Sony will add Vegas, and Acid to the Mac format as well ?

I think it's a great idea if they do. Vegas kicks ass, so it would be a nice option for our Apple friends.

Here's a rather negative review of Sound Forge for Mac (and I completely agree with their findings): http://designingsound.org/2012/11/sound-forge-pro-mac-review/

Too bad Bias PEAK went out of business. Sound Forge for Mac has a lot of potential but remains immature. I'd probably still build a new PC just to run the Windows version of Sound Forge rather than putting up with Sound Forge for Mac.

That's unfortunate.
