Hi,

got an older set of wireless mics, the antenna on the transmitter has come loose and now I've lost it,
can anyone suggest a cheap fix for the antenna? it looked like it was just fine copper filaments within a rubber tube,
after it had come loose, as long as it was fixed into the rubber holder on the mic body it worked ok,

Cheers

bumping this one from a while ago, any tech minded audio people got advice on fixing a new antenna to a radio mic?

I would get a replacement part from Sony. Different frequency blocks require different lengths.

FWIW, the Sennheiser G2/3 replacement antennas are under $10 and takes about 10 min.s, some electronics/tools/soldering skills are needed though.
