Sony Noise Reduction 2 on Vegas 9 64 bit?

Has anyone got Noise Reduction running? I know Windows 7 compatibility isn't officially supported for Noise Reduction (32 bit or 64 bit Windows 7) but I'd sure like to use it, after happily using it in Vegas 9 on my old XP system.

It seems to instal ok (to default directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony Setup\Noise Reduction Plug-In 2.0h) but then Vegas can't find it... :( I don't recall any similar problems in XP - do I perhaps need to install to a different location or do something in Vegas Preferences?
 
My Vegas Pro 9c 32bit sees Noise Reduction but the 64bit version doesn't. I did standard install. I have Windows 7 Pro 64bit. I have not looked into getting it to work in 64bit.
 
Does sound like a 'bit' issue then - I guess I'd better install the 32 bit Vegas as well.

Update: yes, Vegas 32 bit sees Noise Reduction fine. Oh well, not too onerous to use that version when I need noise reduction, I guess...
 
I use Sound Forge 10 so I am able to right click on the audio and select open a copy in Sound Forge. That gives me access to NR in Vegas 64bit.
