I have 12 computers I manage with Adobe Creative Cloud and our 2 newest computers (2014 iMacs) are having a strange problem importing footage from the Sony EX1. It says unsupported format or corrupted file when I use the media browser to import however the same SD card or the same folder copied to a network drive works on the other 10 computers.
All computers are running the latest version of Yosemite and Adobe Premiere Pro Creative Cloud.
I tried re-installing Premiere. No change. Anyone have any ideas?
