Sony Anycast Windows7 problems

We are trying to use the Sony Anycast with a new Dell laptop running Windows 7. I can't seem to find a driver for the laptop that will allow Windows to find the anycast via the firewire port. It shows up, but is an unrecognized box. Any ideas?

Thanks,
