Sony A7sii With Canon 70-200mm f/4 IS and Sigma MC-11

Anyone using this setup or something similar? Already have an MC-11, looking to possibly purchase the Canon zoom. Heard the IS is loud on this lens...Is it so loud that a rode videomic pro would pick it up? How's the manual focus ring on this lens?
