Hey. I've got this Sonic DVDit to author my film . Exporting from Vegas 9 pro as M-peg 2 and HDV 1080 24p (shot on an XH-A1), but Sonic won't accept rendered footage saying it's an "non valid Project File" and it was created with "Unsupported version of software" and asked me to "upgrade to a more fully featured version".

Am I not doing something simple, or can't you export from Vegas to Sonic?
 
In the "Render As" screen in Vegas, I'm selecting "Main Concept MPEG-2", this is the only MPEG-2 option I can see.
 
I've managed to Import it with your advice, thanks.

When I try to burn it however, it says "No valid recording device could be founf".

I have a DVD burner installed on my computer - do I need a separate b to use Sonic?
