I agree. Shoot at home like the past winners did anyways and tend to focus on story and camera skill/techniques (and toss in a little vfx for the rest of us to muster on about).
And lighting!!!
Stand by for Contagion meets Blair Witch all filmed in 3 rooms!
Otherwise it is a very good idea.
Has to be shot and produced from within your residence only using people who normally live there.
Max 14 minutes (14 days is a bit much )
Get the Mexican part of AB InBev to sponsor it.
