something smaller?

[New_Zealand]

My laptop is huge and heavy. I use it for field work doing rough editing. I show pieces of my work on it but it has been a pain to carry around so my thoughts were to get something much smaller like a Tablet that would play WMV. Wanted to know if any of you carry a tablet that you show your stuff on? Something that is not costly. I'm not interested in using it as my internet source just to show video and showreel. Thanks

I carry an iPad around in my valise and provide Internet access to it as needed via my iPhone.

a Tablet that would play WMV

Pretty sure, with the right apps, Android will play any file type.

The Samsungs seem well-made devices..
