Something like Instant HD Advanced

I'm looking for a software plugin thats like Instant HD Advanced, in the idea that it "compares each pixel over successive frames, determining true edges in order to deliver sharper details and super-crisp results." I know something like this was used for blowing up 720p Varicam footage to IMAX, but does anyone know of a better, more powerful version of this software

Thanks,
Joe
