Hello, I am editing content extracted from a DVD, I am using Premiere CS6. As you guys can see in the photos, some of the footage is a bit smaller in the sides, I have to make it a bit bigger and then crop top ad bottom to match the black bars of the rest of the footage. I am editing in a DV pal 4:3 sequence. Thats the format of the original footage, 4:3 with black bars. Is there some king of method to do this, mask, frame etc.? right now I am cropping every single clip with black sides and then I have to compare that visually with the black bars of a clip with no black sides to make both clips even, is there a better way to do this?

best regards

Old DV camera, right?
Well, I don't kow of any automatic way to solve tour problem: you shoud copy the motion effect from a resized clip and then paste it ala over these clips
