Hey guys, I just wanted everyone to know I will be watching the zombie flicks this weekend and giving my thoughts… I did not want you all to think I forgot about you.

I just got word that a girl I have known a good deal of my life, passed away yesterday. I became friends with her bother when I was 7, and have known her somewhat since then. However, when I was 13 and she was only 11, she started as a rookie on my crew (production camera, stage and lighting). Outside of “work” the crews would all hang out, and thusly we all spent a lot of time together. She had a very sweet and kind disposition, always smiling and trying to help. I thought of her like a baby sister. She will be missed by all who knew her… I only wish I knew her better. :cry:

2 years my junior, a good friend and a wonderful person and she has passed away. Sometimes life is just mean…

So sorry to hear about her passing. There isn't much sadder than a young life cut short.

it's a weird feeling. I knew someone who passed away couple of years ago. I didn't see him for a while, but just knowing that someone I knew so well is gone...

Sorry to hear about that man... I've lost friends before, and it's rough stuff. Keep your head up.
 
She has obviously made a positive impression on you, and I bet not only do you wish you knew her better, but maybe you wish you learned more from her. If you remember what you have gotten from this good friend, and apply those lessons in how you treat others, she will always be apart of your life, and it will make the pain of her passing a little easier to bear.

I have known too many close friends and family pass away for a 29-year-old to have to know. My condolences as well.
 
A door never closes for us that one doesn't open elsewhere, especially in death. I'm sorry for your loss.
