Some good export settings for Vimeo and Exposure Room

Through some tinkering I've come up with some export settings that are a good combination for quality vs file size when uploading HD to Vimeo or Exposure Room hosting sites. Export directly from your timeline using "Export using Quicltime conversion", then using "Custom", set dimensions to 854x 480. Key frame rate is
30 (when shooting 30fps, 24 at 24fps), data rate (RATHER THAN AUTOMATIC) "RESTRICT TO 3000" , Encoding "best quality".

My example 3 minute video is 67 megs. Hit the HD button to see it in largest
screen size.

I don't think that matters my friend. Vimeo (which is run by dalas and blake) already listed their setting for export to get maxim quality form their servers. As for exposure, well...I really haven't checked them out. Kind of a happy Vimeo costumer. :)

Cheers,

Murray
