Solved: Help me source Manfrotto tripod parts

Edit: I started a chat with Manfrotto, and they gave me a link to the leg clamp lever part: https://www.manfrottospares.com/r545-02-lever/

Original post: My employer has a Manfrotto 546B tripod with broken leg locks, does anyone know if it's possible to get parts for old sticks like the 546B?

I tried Manfrotto's parts page, which turned out to be useless, as it askes for the SKU and says "No results found" when I enter the SKU (BG546B).

I typed in "tripod," and it brought up parts for one tripod model. Does anyone happen to know whether a R545,02 leg lock is compatible with the 546B?

Thank you.

Did you see where the part listing has a “models” tab that when opened reads:

“ Models that include this part:

545B 545GB 546B 546GB 547B”

That indicates it will fit 546B.

Best is to speak directly with a parts rep. Not a sales rep. By phone or email, not by chat.

The page you linked in your first post. Look where it has a tab that reads “Models”, next to “Description” tab already open.

There is says what models the part fits, 546B is listed.

The link in my first post is the one that Manfrotto customer service gave me, it is not the webpage I started on.

As I said in post #3, https://www.manfrotto.com/us-en/customer-service/spare-parts/ doesn't have a functional search engine; when I searched "tripod" instead of the requested SKU, it brought up a link to this PDF, which is where I first got the R545,02 part number, but it doesn't indicate anywhere in the PDF whether the parts are compatible with the 546B.

https://www.manfrottospares.com/546b-parts.html is the link that Manfrotto customer service gave me, and I found all the parts I needed.
