Solid reflector stand & holder for outdoor use

Hello everyone,
I was hoping someone might suggest a reasonably solid reflector stand & holder for outdoor/windy use. I know that the reflectors turn into sails in the wind, and it is always best to have an assistant holding the reflector, but I do the majority of my work alone so I'll need to use a solid stand and sandbag.
I'm using mostly 32 & 42 inch photoflex reflectors.

The Manfrotto basic black light stand seems decent

but I'm having trouble finding a boom arm or extension or whatever that seems strong enough to hold the reflector in some wind. Any suggestions?

It might be that I'm asking this equiptment to do what it was never designed to do, but I'm hoping to hear some suggestions from people who have found the right gear.

Thank you for your help.

by the time you buy the stand and an arm new you could have just bought a used Matthews C Stand. A lot more heavy duty and will do what you want plus a ton of other stuff.

Yeah, just get a c-stand and a few sandbags. If you want it to be ultra heavy duty, get a combo stand and a c-stand arm and head.
