Solar charger for v mount battery

There are a lot of commercial solar packs. Most work by charging a primary internal battery, which can then provide the expected voltage to your device (in this case your standard battery charger). You want that intermediate for regulation, and to make up for the incredibly low current solar panels put out. The real question is why you need this. Are you doing back country hiking for multiple days? Are you limited on the number of batteries you can carry somewhere?
