Software to capture from DVD's into Quicktimes

I know that DVDxDV can covert DVD's into Quicktime files but I read somewhere that Toast 7 can also do this?

I have Toast, but am not fimilar with the program as I do not use it much. I want to known how to this if this is possible, because why buy another program when might have one that can do it.

I believe Apple sells a program called 'Popcorn' that does this...

Popcorn is from Roxio...

I've indeed done this using toast... look at "Exporting Video" in Toast 7 Help. Basically, use the video tab, Video_TS in the media pane, browse to your source, and hit "export"... then choose DV.
