I'm not sure if there is another, more technical, term for this, but I can't find anything that will do what I'm calling "randomize" my footage. Basically, I want to put my footage on a timeline, then give the software a number, such as 1 frame, 12 frames, 2 seconds, etc. and have it cut all my footage into chunks that are the specified length, then scatter them all across the timeline randomly. It would be like running footage through a blender. If I chose 1 second, it would cut 5 minutes of footage into 300 pieces and arrange them randomly.
