Softbox and pain medication...

So I took some strong pain meds for my arthritis and it kinda makes me uh... think a lot. So I was wondering

Currently I use a tota light with an umbrella, kinda what I used at film school years back and stuck with it fearing change. Ive PAed with this DP who had a Rifa softbox light. I love it
But the price is kinda high, especially for the wattage I want (500). Is there a company or product similar to the Rifa that you guys have experienced with and liked? I am interested.

For absolute ease of set up, the Rifa cannot be beat. Also check out the Lowel Caselight flourecents.

Not that I'm a fan of the Caselights-- I think that many pieces on them are total junk. We've replaced 3 eggcrates in the last 2 years, and the mounting grips are going south on both of our units. But the bulbs last forever!
