Social Media Monitoring--how to?

Sorry if this is a naive question, but does anyone know of any free software or programs that allow you to monitor all tweets, blogs, GoogleBuzz etc mentions of your film? Basically something that "googles" your film for you and sends you alerts each time a new comment or tweet goes up about it?

Thoughts or suggestions appreciated!
