No problem at my location. Speeds have been consistently good. I have been a Vimeo member since 2007 and upgraded to "plus" last year. Their encoding seems pretty good and no studdering on my end. http://vimeo.com/channels/3523

well not that there is any statistics but swedish Telia is probably the most reliable ISP in the world

maybe the traffic the EUROPE is bad then for some reason, time to put up serverparks outside US maybe?

can't be the only one having buffer probs, you've never had to pause a video to let it buffer before, always been instant playback

seems to be working fine for me. do a speedtest and see what you are downloading at.
