So... how do you unwind after a long day on set?

Right, so you've packed all your equipment into the car, driven home, unpacked your gear and BOOM! Suddenly that weariness of being on your feet all day kicks in...

The first thing I did was grab a coke out the fridge and hit 'new posts' on dvxuser.
Now Imma put a movie on one screen and read the local news on the other all the while tabbing back to this thread to see if anyone has answered.

Usually I can not sleep if I don´t have seen the daylies - no matter how late it is, or how tired I am, I need to look at them.

But yeah, DVXuser > New Posts and a cold beer....

Start bitchin' about a ten hour turn around in the hotel bar... wake up in back of grip truck to the smell of coffee from craft service.

Does anyone find their back kills after? I have to lay flat on the floor for a good 30 mins and take a bath to unwind the tight muscles. And then some deep heat.

Throw up my google reader and try to catch up on blogs and then stare at my notebook full of disjointed notes that should become my own writing. I do this for 5 hours.

1 bourbon, 1 scotch, 1 beer
"users", rumors, vimeo, flickr, ebay, email
try to make some babies
sleep

^ Haiku?

@ groveChuck

LMAO

Except for the Beer, that's exactly what I do! (Or um, what my wife makes me do when I complain about sore legs and back).

Replace Beer with Coke and we're even.

Oh and any alcoholic beverage, at this point. 4 hours sleep, in the past 72? LOL, I am starting to see stuff that just can't be there. Yikes, I am beat, but not sleepy.

Shhhh, the TV is talking to me now.
