So anybody buy Spiderman 2?

I'm such a huuuge Spiderman fan, but I can't bring myself to buy it because I think there is a box set probably going to come out...anybody buy it?

(and before someone thinks "Simpson Comic book guy"...huge meaning I collect stuff...not fat) ;)

Is it out today? I might buy it for my son; these kinds of films Im not needing any Special Features or Bonuses above what it wil come with.

The only time I get hyped on Extras is if it s aflick I totally love; Tarantino films, Gladiator, Black Hawk Down etc etc

It's 22.99 normally but at Circuit City it's 14.99 for the first couple days... ;)

Umm, fellas, where do you think I was yesterday right when I got out of class? Buying it!!

Phil- They've got three versions out; the no frills version, the special edition, and the gift box. Maybe they'll pull a three disc out like last time, but I doubt it, because that third disc was almost all stuff about Spider-Man 2.

I'm sure we can all guess which one yours truly purchased. ;D

Chances are there will be a Superbit version of S2. I'll wait for that.

I wanted to wait. I really did. I'm still waiting for the huge 15 disc version of Lord of the Rings (which I'm probably making up and won't ever come out), and the version of Kill Bill with both volumes together.

I HAD TO SPLURGE.

I'd be lying if I said it hadn't crossed my mind. But then I asked myself: Is that what Spider-Man would do? No he wouldn't, because he doesn't need to be liked by everybody, because he is a good person and does good things.

Batman on the other hand would just buy all the votes.

Superbit is so expensive. :-/ Is it really worth the xtra cash? ???

Well, progressive, anyway, so that, as a practical matter, makes you need HD, yes.

I've seen side by side grabs on the net (can't remember where - goggle it) The difference is quit stunning but I still can't justify the $ Jack $.

You shall not be dissapointed.

TC's Prediction: Venom will make an appearance in the next movie. (Or at least the symbiot suit, and set up Venom to be in the 4th one.)
