Snap to and Link buttons

Somehow I dragged and deleted the "snap to and link" buttons (that usually appear on the far right of the screen right above the timeline) out of my workspace. How do I get them back?

Tools > Button List. Search for what you want, then drag the text to the button list, it'll turn into a button.
