Smooth slow motion from 60p an a 24p timeline?

I've done the search but can't seem to find the answer.
I shot some footage at 60FPS on my HVX in 720/24PN mode. I bring the clip into a FCP 24p timeline. It plays back slow, but with some slight stuttering. I thought maybe it was just from timeline playback, but when I exported the clip It does the exact same thing. How can I get this totally smooth.

I'm not affecting the speed of the clip within FCP so I don't know whether it's turned on or not. Shutter was 180 d so whatever the math is on that is, I think 1/120.
