smoke machines

I have used a "thousand and one" smoke machines in the past and they had their strength and weaknesses. Since i haven't used one in at least a few months can anyone recommend a "good" smoke machine that:
- heat-up fast
- produces lots of smoke (preferable with controllable intensity)
- isn't too heavy/large
- when producing smoke it works for long time before having to reheat again
- isn't tremendously expensive (though i prefer features over price)

I like the mole foggers that were originally meant for pesticides. It's very simple, but it heats up relatively quickly, can put out a large amount of fog if desired, and it's pretty small and compact.

It's something like this. Not very fancy, but it's the most lightweight fogger I've seen.

Another one to check out if you're interested in something a bit bigger is the DF-50. Not sure who makes it, but its definitely somthing to look into.
